If you received the damaged item. please inform us by dropping mail at info@shreeshyamartsandhandicrafts.com within 7 days of receipt of the order and simply return/exchange the product. We will provide you the shipping address and RA No. for easy return.The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package, which should be double boxed or sent in a shipping box. Do not deface product packing. The product, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be included, along with all manufacturers packaging. A tracking number must used on all returns.
